Three days DOMIZIL Husum - Germany's first trade fair for the vacation home industry was a complete success.
The concept of focusing on the exchange and networking of players in the rental of vacation accommodation at the third DOMIZIL Husum was a complete success. Also the consistent adjustment to the specialized public was successful: Over 2,800 specialized visitors came with concrete requests to the exhibition booths.
92 exhibitors from the entire federal territory showed, how efficient and various the offer spectrum is approximately around planning, furnishing, equipping and letting of vacations accommodations. Topics, like energy crisis, lack of specialists or also tourism acceptance were lit up and discussed in 30 specialized lectures and panels during the fair days contentwise.
Klaus Liermann, Managing Director of Messe Husum & Congress sums up: "With this fair, the vacation home industry has shown that despite the current major challenges, there is a motivated mood. The discussions at the exhibition booths were very goal-oriented. DOMIZIL Husum 2022 exceeded our expectations and we are convinced that the next edition of the fair will be even more attractive and attract even more exhibitors and visitors to Husum. We are starting preparations immediately and would like to express our sincere thanks for the positive feedback we have received from exhibitors and visitors."
The next trade fair date is also already set: from 03 to 05 November 2023, the vacation home industry is looking forward to seeing you again at Messe Husum & Congress.
Over the DOMIZIL Husum
Under the patronage of District Administrator Florian Lorenzen, DOMIZIL Husum will take place from 28.10. to 30.10.2022 at Messe Husum & Congress. The trade fair format is aimed at landlords of vacation homes, vacation apartments, guesthouses, Airbnb providers, architects, planners and designers, investors and end consumers interested in furnishings. Here you can find everything that makes the rental of the vacation property successful and guests happy. The trade fair is the only one on the German market that combines all the concerns of hosts: from practical furniture, booking tools, software and marketing platforms, to specialized service providers, such as homestagers, photographers or FEWO administrators. The DOMIZIL Husum is also aimed at hosts who want to renovate or modernize their inventory. The fair is rounded off by a specialized forum as well as a sample vacation home and a Tiny House - both accessible.
